In media we are a 'Ohana! 'Ohana means a lot. For some it means family. For others it means a lot more. Everyone has a different meaning for 'ohana, but all of them have something in common. At the end of this blog I think you will figure out what they all have I common. Being part of an 'ohana is when you are kind to others, stand-up for others, and comfort others when they need it.
Being Kind
Being kind to others means a lot. They feel important, like someone knows and cares about them. I am one of those people that tries hard to make other people feel that they are important. Being kind to everyone is important especially when you are part of a team!
Standing Up
Have you ever seen anyone being mean to someone? Have you ever done anything about it? Think of those questions. Do you think if you stood up for someone it would make a big difference? It does!!! That person then knows there is someone who cares about them, and wants to help them. Did you realize all that?
Comfort
Comfort, comfort, comfort where do I begin... I think I will start with why you should give someone comfort? When someone's feeling down, you should give someone comfort because they need it, because you care about them, and because it will help them feel better. Think about that and give comfort whenever you can.
So, did you figure out what 'ohana means? It means showing that you care about someone. That is basically it.
Hope you enjoyed my blog!!!
